Tracked delivery
Delivery is arranged to the address supplied at checkout. Where a delivery charge applies, it is confirmed as part of the order and payment arrangement. Tracking details are shared once the parcel is dispatched.
Collection
Collection may be selected when available. We will confirm the collection arrangement directly after the order request is received.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible with the order details and supporting photos. Please do not send an item back before return arrangements have been confirmed.

Because sneaker condition and resale value can change once an item is handled or worn, contact us before purchase if you need clarity on return eligibility for a specific order.
